चावल की इडली (Idli of rice)

Necessary ingredients
  • 3 cups rice
  • Dried pulse of a cup of urad
  • Half a spoonful of fennel soda (baking soda)
  • Salt to taste
  • oil

Method
  1.  Clean and wash rice and urad dal and soak it in water for 6 to 7 hours or overnight.
  2. Then take out the rice water and grind it into the mixer and prepare the paste.
  3. Take out the water of urad dal and grind it into a mixer and make a paste.
  4. Now add rice and lentils paste in a vessel, mix it with a big spoon and prepare thick mixer.
  5. After this, mix the salt and baking soda in the mixer, cover the paste and put it in a warm place for yeast of 13 to 14 hours.
  6.  After yeast in the mixture, stir it with a spoon, if the paste looks more thick, mix it well and mix well.
  7.  Fill the mixture into the molds of making Idli and lighten the prepared mixture.
  8. Now add 2 cups of water to the pressure cooker or idli form and keep it warm on gas. After this, cover the mold by putting it in a pot of cooker or idli making.
  9.  Cook Idli for 8 to 10 minutes on high flame. After this reduce the gas. Try removing the lid. If Idli is well formed, put the knife or the back of the spoon in idli. If the paste is adhesive then covered the vessel and cook Idli for a while. If the knife or spoon turns out clean then remove the lid and remove the idli from the mold in the plate.
  10. Similarly make Idli of all the ingredients and serve hot with sambhar and coconut sauce.
